Instructions
First, you must download the latest “Rome II SE” and “Rome List” addon. Once you have these make a new folder, and name it whatever you like. Then extract both “Rome II SE” and the Rome List” add-on into the folder you just made.
Now, your must decompress your “data.grf” with GRF Factory.
Start GRF Factory, open your “data.grf”, and extract the “/data/texture” folder right now there’s no need to extract rsm.
GRF Factory puts the extracted files into a folder named after the GRF you extracted. Now you need to “Unbollox” your data so Rome II SE can use it. When you have done these, put your Rome II SE folder inside your data folder. Start Rome II SE and open a map from your data folder that you want to edit, or make one from scratch.
Your ready to create and edit maps!”
