Update file formats

Yes, finally i updated file formats, most of them are almost definitive like act and spr….but rsw still have blank spaces … , ooh and still remains rsm info upload. If anyone has information about the other file types please let me know. Thank you.

Type is not 2 bytes integer, it´s a 4 bytes integer.
You must comply.
GAT will be assimilated.
P.D. M´has fet tornar loco amb el punyetero GAT, amem si te fixes be en lo que escrius… que duc 2 hores mirant amb el winhex. Lo dels 4 bytes es cert.
