Redesigned sections

Now i have separated sections, one with file structure info and other related to projects, i also putted direct link to Rome II diferents versions, and put direct download links to tools.
I also changed the header, it’s cleaner than older one.

Update file formats

Yes, finally i updated file formats, most of them are almost definitive like act and spr….but rsw still have blank spaces … , ooh and still remains rsm info upload. If anyone has information about the other file types please let me know. Thank you.
